Mr. Lei is a senior partner of Hansheng Law Offices and director of Hansheng Finance and Securities Committee. He obtained the JM degree from the Southwest University of Political Science & Law, and became a full-time lawyer after passing the securities and fund qualification examinations. He specializes in overall and specific legal services in stock issuance, listing, and shareholding system reform, re-financing of listed companies, merger & acquisition, major asset restructuring, business combination, corporate commerce, and other fields. Mr. Lei also serves as the deputy director of Pudong District Lawyers Working Committee, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics Practice Tutor and other social positions.
