ONC Hansheng Lawyers is established, being Shanghai’s first law firm certified with ESG accreditation as well as the first Shanghai-Hong Kong joint law firm in the city

It set up ASEAN and North America Centers for pioneering global exchanges; its December office relocation marked a new development milestone.

In March, Hansheng established the National Brand Building and Business Development Committee to strengthen the brand building of integrated national development and strive to build the Hansheng brand;

In March, Hansheng launched a multi-leadership joint affairs meeting system to safeguard sound firm development.

In May, Shanghai and Pudong CDL Committees set up the country’s first firm-based CDL branch at Shanghai Hansheng Law Offices: Pudong Hansheng CDL Branch.
The main personnel of Shanghai Rongbai Law Firm were also merged into Hansheng, which further enhanced Hansheng’s comprehensive strength.
In March, Hansheng General Party Branch was upgraded to Hansheng Party Committee, with 10 branches under its jurisdiction, and at the same time, a Discipline Inspection Commission was established

Core attorneys from Shanghai Huiyu, Mingjing and Fanjin Law Firms joined Hansheng, fueling its rapid growth in headcount, practice areas, professionalism and brand building.

IntellecPro Shanghai Company was merged into Hansheng, and Hansheng began to lead the industry in intellectual property and other fields;

Shanghai Shengtong Law Firm was merged into Hansheng, which further expanded Hansheng’s strength;

Huayi Law Firm, Zhongqitai Law Firm, Tairuiyang Law Firm, and Shanghai Liu Haiqing Law Firm were merged and reorganized to establish Hansheng officially;

In 1996, Huayi Law Firm (predecessor of Hansheng Law Offices) was approved of establishment;
