Career: In October 1989 Dong received a full-time lawyer's license of People’s Republic of China, since then he has a deep commitment to professionally legal career. During his career, he worked as a lawyer in Dong worked in Jiangsu Foison law firm, worked as a partner (sponsor) in Jiangsu Jusheng law firm, worked as a partner in Shanghai Huiyu law firm and now work as a partner in Shanghai Hansheng law offices.
Social position and honors: Dong is legal aid lawyer of Pudong New Area, specially invited mediation lawyer of Pudong New Area and defence counsel of guilty plea case of Pudong New Area, Shanghai. Moreover, he is also a hired teacher of school of law of Shanghai Sanda University.

Dong Graduated from East China University of political science and law in July 1990.
From September to December 1991, Dong attended the intermediate lawyer training of Jiangsu Province and graduated.
