Before starting my lawyer career, I have been engaged as Human Resource manager and Administration management professional in multiple companies for more than seven years. Thanks to those previous working experience, I am quite familiar with the mechanism of enterprise administration and human resource management while gaining complicated experience in the field of administrative management. With my ten years’ legal practice experience, having been providing legal consultancy to dozens of companies , i help those companies to standardize their company management regulations and coordinate their employment dispute , draft and evaluate their commercial contracts and all kinds of cooperation agreements. Additionally, when any lawsuit requires or happens in my consulted companies, i am acting as the representative lawyer or responsible for settling all the issues of the the cases.
When it comes other field lawsuit , specially the field of matrimonial and family dispute, i have also rich experience in coordination and negotiation ability to settle those disputes.
