Summary
- He served as the presiding judge and three-level senior judge of the Shanghai No.1 Intermediate People's Court. After 20 years of trial in the court, 1,045 cases were concluded by the presiding judge and 2,843 cases were heard by the presiding judge. He has a wealth of experience and has successively served as the presiding judge of trial team in the fifth civil court(intellectual property court) and the court of commercial finance and the real estate. He is familiar with various links of the filing, trial, and execution, and has long been engaged in cases such as intellectual property rights, foreign business, civil and commercial affairs, finance, and real estate. Since he was selected as a judge, he has won many awards for outstanding cases, model trials, and excellent written judgements in the Shanghai court system.
