I also good at handle numerous challenging issues by fully understanding and proficient at procedures also correlative entity of laws
After practicing as a lawyer, I worked as a senior counsel for large guarantee companies and private top 500 enterprises. Organizing and participating in the company's assets collection total nearly 300 million Chinese yuan; Organizing and participating in issuing bonds and acquiring non-performing assets reach nearly 360 million Chinese yuan; I also involved in the merger and acquisition negotiation, due diligence, stock right sorting and plan making with many central enterprises, state-owned enterprises as well as the large private enterprises for many times; Furthermore, the company's listing in Hong Kong and the U.S. has my participation and organization too. Meanwhile, I am a litigant lawyer for several banks, as well as an agent for various civil and commercial cases which mainly include marriage inheritance, private lending, construction, labor disputes, sales and bankruptcy liquidation etc.
