Lawyer Zhong has been engaged in judicial practice for a long time. He has solid legal theoretical foundation and rich judicial practice experience, especially in the legal services of government and government procurement. He is good at handling litigation and non litigation legal affairs in government legal services, PPP projects, companies, contracts, finance, investment, trade, etc. During the course of his practice, he undertook many major and difficult cases, many of which were broadcasted on CCTV and TV stations of provinces and municipalities directly under the central government. Lawyer Zhong has served as the legal adviser of many state organs and administrative institutions; he has been the legal adviser of the centralized procurement center of the State Administration of Taxation for seven consecutive years since 2011, and has participated in the review of government procurement bidding as the review expert for dozens of times. Since December 2016, he has been employed as a legal adviser by the procurement office of the armed police force command of the people's Republic of China for three consecutive years.
