Yang Tangquan takes the position of executive director of the Construction Engineering and Real Estate Committee of the Shanghai Hansheng Law firm. Mr. Yang holds master's degrees both in law and engineering management, and has the qualification of first-class construction engineer and second-level cost engineer. He is also a senior engineering legal consultant, observer of the Permanent Forum of China Construction law(“PFCC”), member of WG8 of PFCC, 2019 ENR／Construction Times Most Recommended 60 Professional Lawyers of Chinese Engineering Law, “Specially invited lawyer mediator” in Pudong New Area, and the trainer of people’ mediation center in Pudong New Area. Mr. Yang specializes in litigation and non-litigation cases, including the fields of construction, real estate construction project and real estate development, etc. He once worked in a large state-owned construction engineering company, and has been retained by many construction enterprises as legal counsel in providing legal opinions.
