- Andy Luo was admitted to P.R.C. bar in 2002, and thereafter has been practicing laws for almost 20 years. He is also appointed as a board member of Shanghai Association on Rule of Law(“SARL”), a researcher with the Business Compliance Center under SARL, and a co-supervisor for law students from Shanghai Maritime University, East China University of Science and Technology, and Shanghai University of Political Science and Law.
