  • Wang Wei mainly practices in international admiralty and maritime law, and represents her clients, including CCCC, CNOOC, Liaoning Port Group, DHHI, CHS and COOEC, etc.to deal with commercial litigation and arbitration (before LMAA, HKIAC and CMAC, etc.) covering areas such as ship's S&P, charter party, carriage of goods by sea, bill of lading, ship's collision, insurance, enterprise bankruptcy and so on. She is experienced in the international second-hand ship's sale and purchase, and assists clients in more than Forty (40) transactions.

Education:

  • Wang Wei obtained her LLM Degree in Dalian Maritime University.
    She is currently studying for her doctorate on Maritime Law in the Law School of Dalian Maritime University.
