- Ms. Zhang had worked for PICC for 7 years handling claims of all types of property and liability insurance such as import and export cargo transportation insurance. Ms. Zhang joined Wang Jing & Co. Shanghai Office in 2008 and became its senior associate of Corporate Team in 2012; She worked for JunHe LLP Shanghai Office from 2015 and joined Hansheng Law Office in 2017 and now is senior partner of Hansheng Law Office.
Ms. Zhang focuses her practices on dispute resolution and is skilled at commercial litigation and arbitration. - 6、Handling numerous international trade disputes such as defending an overseas buyer in a contract dispute involving USD 90 million; Representing the export companies in China as well as the buyers overseas to lodge claims against insurance companies, the carriers etc.;
- 7、Providing legal opinion to clients on the matters of capital decrease, capital increase, asset disposal and finance etc.; Handling disputes over share investment for clients.
