Sharon started her legal practice in 2009. Before joining Hansheng Law Offices, she worked as a Case Manager in a leading arbitration committee in Shanghai and later as a legal counsel in a large Heavy Industry Group.
Sharon’s professional responsibilities in arbitration committee as a Case Manager focus on managing arbitration procedure. She has handled over hundreds of arbitration cases arising out of foreign investment, equity transaction, real estate, intellectual property, insurance and finance. Sharon resides in Singapore from 2012 to 2016, during which period she provides legal services on international trade to a Heavy Industry Group headquartered in Shanghai. Sharon has also experienced in working in Legal & Compliance Department in a leading European bank Shanghai branch and a Chinese top Law Firm Shanghai office.
Sharon has diverse experiences in dispute resolution, corporate management/compliance, merger/reorganization, and international business.

Sharon provides long term legal advisory services for clients both foreign and domestic, which business range from real estate to intelligent manufacturing industries. She has successfully represented clients in a number of dispute resolution cases involving intellectual property rights and equity investment. She has also advised clients in a number of cross-border transactions, merge & acquisition and other non-litigation projects.
