Before starting my career as a lawyer , I have been engaged as Human Resource manager and Administration management professional in multiple companies. The main job responsibility is helping my employer to standardize their company management regulations and coordinate their employment dispute , draft and evaluate their commercial contracts and all kinds of cooperation agreements. Thanks to those precious working experience, i am quite familiar with the mechanism of enterprise administration and human resource management while gaining complicated experience in the field of administrative management.
After my engagement as a lawyer, I have gained complicated experience in the field of Enterprise Mergers and Acquisitions,Employee Equity Incentive , Contract legal risk control etc. Besides that, I possess strong capability of negotiation and coordination in dealing with those Commercial Dispute, Marital and Family Dispute etc.

In the year of 2008, Graduation from Nanchang University , Obtain Bachelor Degree majored in Law .
