- Liu Yanxin has devoted over a decade to family law and has extensive practice experience in foreign-related marriage and family matters, with a particular aptitude for coordinated domestic and overseas solutions. Skilled in difficult and complex family cases and a strong mediator, Liu Yanxin has represented more than a thousand marriage and family cases and is well versed in applying both legal knowledge and psychological techniques to properly resolve a range of issues concerning marriage, children, property and inheritance. Liu Yanxin has led the first voluntary guardianship project for a foreign national, properly handled a complex cross-border inheritance project involving several German heirs, a Hong Kong-related inheritance project, and relocation-related inheritance matters involving more than ten individuals, and has successfully represented cases including the division of onshore and offshore property in cross-border divorce disputes involving Hong Kong, the United States and Europe; the award of a greater share to the non-fault party in divorce disputes; the division of equity interests in divorce and inheritance disputes; and serial litigation over real property inheritance.
Liu Yanxin is a diligent researcher with distinctive insight into company law and has successfully represented a number of difficult and complex commercial cases, including disputes over equity transfers and partnership enterprises, assisting clients in resolving legal issues from a distinctive commercial and legal perspective. As a lawyer with expertise in both family and commercial law, Liu Yanxin is skilled in using legal and financial instruments to provide clients with all-round legal services such as family wealth succession planning and legal risk prevention.
