- Yanxin Liu has been working in the field of family practice for more than ten years,especially in the field of foreign-related marriage and family matters, and has rich experience in practice. She has represented hundreds of matrimonial and family cases, and is skilled in the use of legal knowledge and psychological skills to properly deal with marriage, children, property, inheritance and other issues. In the traditional marriage and family law practice, she has been properly handling inheritance matters related to the relocation of more than ten people, successfully representing cases of lack of heir certification documents, multiple division of no-fault parties in divorce disputes, division of equity in divorce/inheritance disputes, and serial litigation of property inheritance. In cross-border marriage and family law practice, she has been responsible for the first case of intentional guardianship for foreigners, coordinated multinational inheritance projects involving multiple German heirs, resolved Hong Kong-related estate succession cases, and successfully represented contentious guardianship disputes in Germany along with multiple divorce cases requiring division of transnational marital assets.
Yanxin Liu is good at researching and has unique insights into corporate law, having successfully handled complex commercial cases such as equity transfer disputes and partnership disputes. By further leveraging dual-disciplinary expertise in family and commercial law to deliver integrated solutions, she strategically combines legal instruments with financial mechanisms to provide wealth succession planning and proactive legal risk mitigation strategies, working efficiently and being well received by clients.
