汉盛非洲中心到访阿布贾并调研尼日利亚最高法院 共话中尼法律合作新篇章
2025年10月2日，汉盛律师事务所非洲中心胡金军主任在尼期间率团到访并调研了尼日利亚联邦最高法院（Supreme Court of Nigeria）。本次到访旨在加深对尼日利亚司法体系的了解，探索中尼在法律服务领域的合作机遇。汉盛律师事务所非洲中心秘书长张晓律师一同参与到访。

This visit has laid a solid foundation for future cooperation in areas such as legal information exchange, professional seminars, and capacity building. 张晓秘书长就尼日利亚司法系统的最新发展，特别是电子法院系统的建设与应用等议题，与尼方相关人员交换了意见。各方同时就以下核心议题进行了讨论：第一，尼日利亚最高法院的职能与近年来的重要司法动向；第二，在尼投资的中国企业常见的法律挑战与风险防范；第三，中尼在判决承认与执行领域的现状与未来合作前景。 Secretary-General Zhang Xiao exchanged views with Nigerian on the latest developments in the Nigerian judicial system, particularly the construction and application of e-court systems. Key Discussion Topics Included:1）The role of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and its recent significant judicial trends；2）Common legal challenges and risk prevention for Chinese enterprises investing in Nigeria；3）The current status and future prospects for cooperation in the recognition and enforcement of judgments between China and Nigeria.
